These terms govern the use of the Yazar Medya ID verification sites operated by Yazar Medya Anonim Şirketi. By using the sites you accept these terms.
1. The service
The sites let anyone check, free of charge, whether a company card issued by Yazar Medya and its brands is valid. A result reflects the central registry at the moment of the query.
2. What a result means
- “Valid” means the card is registered and active at the time of the query. It is not a guarantee about the person’s statements or conduct; always compare the photo and name with the person in front of you.
- “Expired”, “Revoked / Suspended” and “No Record Found” mean the person may not act on behalf of Yazar Medya with that card.
- Yazar Medya cards are internal company cards and do not replace any official document.
3. Acceptable use
- Querying is paused for a while after many incorrect attempts, to prevent ID numbers from being guessed.
- Automated, bulk or systematic querying, scraping, attempts to enumerate ID numbers, and attempts to bypass the limits or security measures are prohibited.
- Using the sites to profile, harass or track card holders is prohibited.
- Copying, framing or imitating these sites, or publishing look-alike verification pages, is prohibited. Official addresses always start with “qr.” and are listed in the footer.
4. Reports
Information in reports must be true. False reports may lead to legal action. Submitting photos or documents that belong to someone else, or forged ones, is prohibited.
5. Intellectual property
The brand names, logos, card designs and content of the sites belong to Yazar Medya Anonim Şirketi. They may not be used without written permission.
6. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available at all times, but maintenance and technical failures may interrupt it. During maintenance card statuses do not change. To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for indirect damages arising from interruptions.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated. The version published on this page applies.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Trabzon have jurisdiction.
